Finnish speaking Customer Support Agent job opportunity now available with a well-established Gaming Operator.

As a Customer Support Agent you should be able to work and think independently, coming up with creative solutions when needed as well as following the company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Representing our client in all customer contacts, giving the best service possible via email, phone and chat
  • Communicating with the Customers in a professional manner, in writing as well as, orally
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and report improvement areas according to company procedures
  • Processing customer withdrawals according to company procedures on requests
  • Solving the customers’ problems
  • Clarifying the Terms and Conditions to customers when it is needed
  • Explaining the customers how to use games and services and assisting them with on-going marketing campaigns
  • Logging the tasks in accordance with company guidelines
  • Escalating and following up customer cases when needed
  •  

Requirements:

  • On-line experience in Support/Customer Services
  • Experience in assisting the customers via email and phone
  • Fast typewriting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced in English
  • Fluent in Finnish
  • Clear thinking and problem solving
  • Flexible and willing to work daily / evening shifts
